Production (Asset) KPIs

KPI

Definition

Cycle Count Total cycle count for an asset based on the selected date range.
Cycle Details

• Average cycle time, minimum cycle time and maximum cycle time details, calculated during the asset's running duration.

• Efficiency percentage is displayed for Advanced Productivity motor graders.

Cycle Distance Minimum, maximum, average and total distance traveled by the asset for all identified cycles.
Cycle Fuel Minimum, maximum, average and total fuel consumed by the asset for all identified cycles.
Cycle Time Minimum, maximum, average and total duration by the asset for all identified cycles.
Daily Run

Shows timeline of cycles generated by the asset for a day.

• When you select Daily Run KPI, use Interval to change the scale of the graph to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, 1.5 hours and two hours. By default, the graph is plotted for two hours.
• When multiple days are selected, you can view data for the latest day of the selected date range.

Distance Total distance traveled by an asset.
Payload

Summation of payload values associated to productive cycles for the selected date range.

• VisionLink Productivity utilizes onboard payload as the primary payload data source. If multiple values are available, the best available value will be utilized.
• For Hauler - Load and Haul and Scrapers specifically, if there is no onboard payload, the Estimated Payload entered will be utilized.
• You can enter and modify the Estimated Payload when configuring assets during site creation.

Payload/Cycle Total payload of an asset ÷ total number of all cycles based on the selected date range.
Payload/Fuel Total payload of an asset ÷ total fuel burned by the asset.
Cutting & Not Cutting Time Total time spent by cold planer asset in cutting versus total time spent in not cutting.
Cut Distance/Fuel Total distance cut by the cold planer asset ÷ total fuel burned by the asset.
