Communicate with the support team easily through Contact Us link located at the bottom of each page in the application. This helps you raise request type (Administration Support, Education, Feedback, Technical Support and others), its related description, images and videos.  Contact name, phone number and email will be automatically filled here based on your CWS ID.

 

Enhancement in User Management

Additional columns such as Last Login, Modified By and Modified On are included in the User Management to view the most recent activities of the users in the account. This enables the ability to track actions made by others within a particular account.

 

New Usability Features Added in Productivity Insights - CPI 479268

  • Fast forward option on playback allows you to adjust the required speed to view the movement of assets on the map. Increase the speed and forward the direction for up to 24 hours.

  • View an enhanced version of slider with divided cycle segments on Playback Screen for viewing accurate cycle movements of assets on the map.

  • Zone selection is introduced in the layer option to visualize and track the asset movement between zones.

  • KPI list in the configure column can be saved/reordered against each logged-in user of same account based on the selected site and date range.

 

Shift Report Update - CPI 484513

The shift report is working as expected with processed cycle information for the site with the enhanced software logic update.

The successful tagging of shifts to the cycles have improved the auto generation of complete shift reports as expected.
