Accessing VisionLink Productivity

Before you can start creating or managing sites and assets, you need to log in and accept legal and cookie policies.

This is a one-time process (unless you log in using another CWS ID, through another browser, or in incognito mode).

If you have already signed into VisionLink, you can directly navigate to VisionLink Productivity. You don’t need to sign in once again. This is applicable only if you have a Viewer, Standard User or Admin user role.

To access VisionLink Productivity:

1. Enter the following URL on your web browser: vlproductivity.cat.com. Ensure you are using a supported browser when accessing VisionLink Productivity.

2. This displays the VisionLink Productivity Log In page. Click Sign In.
   

3. Enter your Username (CWS ID) and click Continue.

   Then enter your Password and click Sign In to proceed.

   
   • You should have a valid CWS ID (3-64 characters) with the required access privilege to log in to VisionLink Productivity.
   • Any active account Admin can provide access to others to join the same account.
   • Refer to CWS ID Creation Manual  to learn more.

   

4. When you log into VisionLink Productivity for the first time, you will view Legal. 

   Here, you can perform the following:

   • Change displayed language to view legal policies in your language of choice.

   • Check Acknowledge after reading both VisionLink Productivity Privacy Notice and Data Privacy Addendum.

   • Accept after reading VisionLink Productivity EULA.

   
   After selecting a policy document link, click download  to save the document on your device for future reference.

    Caution: You’ll not be able to proceed and access the application without checking both Acknowledge boxes and selecting Accept respectively. 

   Click Confirm to proceed.

   
   • After signing in, you can access these documents by clicking Legal inside the left-hand menu.

   • Every change in future versions of the Privacy Notice, Privacy Addendum and EULA policy documents requires your acceptance.

5. Click I Accept to agree to the cookies policy. To know more, click Cookie Settings.

   
   • Within the Cookie Settings, the Strictly Necessary Cookies toggle is Always Active.
   • Enable Functional Cookies to access guided tours, which help you make the most of VisionLink Productivity.
   

6. This displays the Preferences pop-up.

   Set preferences and click Save to proceed.

   
   • Preferences shows up only when you log in for the first-time. 
   • The logged-in account is displayed in the Default Account field by default. 
   • If you have more than one account, then the account you used to first access VisionLink Productivity is displayed by default. 
   • Refer to Preferences to know more.

   

7. Upon logging in, if your account contains at least one active site, then you will be taken to Sites Dashboard.
   

   If your account does not have an active site, you will be redirected to Assets.

   Here, you can view your assets' production and utilization data.
