Why do different subscribed or set-up assets show different payload KPI information? Why do different subscribed or set-up assets show different payload KPI information?

  • PerformancePro Asset Without Payload or Third-Party Assets: Utilizes Estimated Payload, if available, from the site configuration.

  • PerformancePro Asset With Cat Payload**: Utilizes the aggregated payload data from the asset to provide average payload per cycle.

  • Advanced Productivity Asset Without Payload: Utilizes the estimated payload if configured.

• For Hauler - Load and Haul and Scrapers specifically, if there is no onboard payload, the Estimated Payload entered will be utilized.
