Use the footer links found in in the menu to:

• Contact Caterpillar Support Team for help by filling in a webform.

• Read the Legal policy and terms of use.

• Enable/disable Cookies settings.

Click menu  found in the top left to access these links.

 

Contact Support

The Contact Support  webform allows you to quickly share feedback (enhancements, bugs, glitches and data inconsistencies) in detail to the Cat Digital Support.

• All fields marked  are mandatory.
• Upload up to five files (documents, images, videos, archives or codes) with max. 20MB file size.
• Do not upload empty files.

1. Depending on your role, select the requestor type from Dealer, Internal or Customer (user).

2. Provide your CWS ID.

3. Enter your First and Last Names.

4. Enter your Email address.

5. Select your Mailing Country, i.e., the country you are raising the request from.

6. Provide the Asset Serial Number for which you are raising the request.

7. Select the Caterpillar application you need help with as Productivity.

8. Depending on the impact of the issue, select whether it affects multiple users/sites.

9. Depending on the impact of the issue, select whether it affects multiple assets.

10. Choose the best description for your issue. Use the closest description if you can't find a perfect match.

    1. Use  from the list of descriptions to Add Site Images.

    2. Ensure the files are uploaded using Upload Files & Submit at the end.

11. Provide the Site Name where the issue occurs.

12. Share any additional information or comments you have to share regarding the issue. 

13. Click Submit if you have no files to upload.

14. Click Upload Files & Submit if you want to add any supporting files. This option also helps to upload site images.

To view legal details:

1. Click Legal to view the legal details of VisionLink Productivity.

2. Click expand  or collapse  to view/close the respective legal details.
   

 

Cookie Settings

1. Click Cookie Settings to view the cookie settings details of VisionLink Productivity.

2. Here, you can enable or disable Performance/Functional/Targeting cookies.

3. Click Confirm My Choices to save and proceed.
