Asset Services

Asset Services consists of: 

• remote lists which help you remotely reconfigure Material, Truck or Load Site lists (as applicable for individual assets) and

• remote access which allows you to connect to the Cat Grade system on your asset to troubleshoot and change settings.

Add, edit and delete truck, material and load site details for a selected asset. You can copy the list from one asset to create a similar list for another asset. Add details through:

• Onboard (Manual): This adds truck, material and load site details in the respective asset on site.

• Off Board (System): This adds truck, material and load site details using Remote List.

When assigning items to lists, it's recommended to not add a reference to an individual operator or other personally-identifiable information in the list name.

 

Benefits of Asset Services

With Remote List, maintain the latest truck, material and load site information for the selected asset of the site. These lists are also useful to know and measure the quanta of the respective material, truck or load site elements.

For example, you can identify the

• material loaded into the truck,

• understand truck capacity and

• improve overall site performance.

With Remote Access, you can also view your assets’ status within the site and segregate them based on its online or offline status. 

You can also log into the Cat Grade system on your asset to troubleshoot and modify setting.s
