Enhance Productivity with Operator Coaching Tips
View tip information under Coaching in the form of column charts, KPI cards, and tables. Understand how your assets are used by operators and analyze the data remotely. You can also gain information on:

How many tips occurred onboard the asset.

When tips are occurring during asset operation
-
Where the asset is located when the tips are triggered.
Generate Elevation Profile for Grade and Compact Assets
Use Elevation Profile to view first and last pass information on Insights Map. Click two or more points on the map and generate an elevation profile between selected points. It also helps you further analyze data for haul roads and cut/fill areas.
You can calculate Elevation KPI data only for Grade, Compact or Grade & Compact asset tags.
View Detailed Asset Status on Site Summary Production and Utilization
Find out if your asset is switched on or off and more under Site Summary > Production/Utilization > Asset List. An indicator is displayed near the asset to convey the following:

: Not Supported

Enhancements on Insights Map
Some usability enhancements have been made on Insights Map:

Select available assets under Filters and refine data to view on map.

Navigate through metrics and targets on the slider panel in Cluster View.

You can view selected legends at the bottom of map once the slider panel is closed.
View Daily Run Data on Asset Details Dashboard
Select Daily Run KPI to view cycle details for a single day in the date range. This feature is available for assets subscribed to Performance Pro + Advanced Productivity.

Fixed Issue Where Admins Couldn't Manage Account's Users - CPI 535614
For Admins with access to 1000+ accounts, they couldn't manage existing users. The backend team resolved this issue by including additional parameters in search.
Resolved Korean KPI Text Appearing in Japanese Issue - CPI 536426
When using VisionLink Productivity in Korean, the following text displayed in Japanese:

These texts now appear in Korean, as intended.
Rectified Insights Production Cycle Download Issue - CPI 533532
There was an issue in downloading Insights Production cycle report for 15 days for a particular account (CCID). The backend team has rectified this issue and the relevant cycle report is now available to download.
Removing Non-CAT Unsubscribed Assets from VisionLink Productivity
A discrepancy was found on asset data across VisionLink Productivity and Dispatch for Loading. The backend team is working to resolve this known issue of removing non-CAT unsubscribed assets from both applications.
