View Shift Data Across KPIs on Production (Insights) and Utilization(Insights)

Filter shifts data to refine Production (Insights) and Utilization KPIs within a specific time period, for more granular analysis. You can also:

  • View shifts data for cycle and events data as an additional column.

  • Filter shift(s) by single or multiple days.

  • Download shift data as a .csv file.

 

Track Multiple Partial Dump Event Locations on Production (Insights)  

View location details of partial dump events made for Load Out and Loader – Load & Haul asset tags. Get more complete data of dump events, see if discrepancies exist between assets performing dump events, and identify locations where partial dumps occur. This information is available under Source and Destination columns on Production (Insights).

 

Customise and Download your Payload Details Report on Production (Insights)

Filter your payload details report by Asset Serial Number and Make on Production (Insights) and download it as an .xlsx file. This feature helps you to customise and view the concise data in both the application as well as the downloaded file. It is currently available for Load Out and Loader – Load & Haul asset tags.

 

Remote Management is Now Revamped as Asset Services

The new and improved Asset Services layout makes it easier to access and track remote lists. This helps you remotely upload Material, Truck or Load Site lists (as applicable for individual assets) to your site’s assets. With Asset Services, you can also:

  • Search by Asset ID or Site.

  • Filter easily by Product Family and Site.

  • Configure lists by List Type and Version.

 

Get Asset and Fleet Summary Reports on Beta Insights

Asset and Fleet Summary reports are now available to download directly under Insights > Beta Insights. Download it as a .csv file for the selected date range and use this data for further analysis and share it with your team members.

 

Introducing VisionLink Productivity Help in Dutch

You can now view the online help in Dutch (Nederlands). To access the help in this new language, click User Profile  > Preferences > Language > Nederlands > Save. Click User Profile again and select Help.

 

Rectified Unknown Zone Tagging on Utilization – CPI 522209

Updates were made to the location identification service. This rectified the incorrect zone tagging in the respective site’s utilization cycles.
 

Fixed Equipment ID Missing in Production Map View – CPI 524350

By redeploying the respective asset, the sync error faced is now resolved. You can view equipment ID now.

 

Resolved Movement Configuration for Existing Assets – CPI 521635

The backend team has fixed the issue of movement configuration not being deployed to existing site’s assets. You can now view the movement configuration in the Production Asset List.

 

Corrected Load Count Issue for Truck Asset – CPI 524273

A backend system fix has corrected the mismatch in load count for truck assets. The relevant truck data is now reprocessed.

 

Resolved Empty Insights Report – CPI 525333

A backend system fix has corrected the missing data in weekly Insights report. The relevant data is now available for the respective load out asset.

 

Removed Unknown Dump Locations in Insights – CPI 519721

Partial dumps, previously tagged as Unknown, helped in identifying zones. This data will not be displayed in a site’s map view under Site Summary and Insights.
