Switch Between VisionLink Productivity and VisionLink with Speed and Ease

A simplified process now ensures you don’t have to sign in twice when navigating from VisionLink to VisionLink Productivity or vice-versa. This is open to all user roles (Viewer, Standard User and Admin) except for E-Customers.

 

Upload, Sync and Do More with LandXML Files

Now upload, sync to asset(s), download and configure landXML (.xml) files for download to USB device. This file type converts civil/survey work data into a text-friendly format for easy archiving and retrieval.  

You can also view file size details. This helps you know if you’ve crossed any file size limits.

Display of Incorrect Cycles Data: CPI 536046

Cycles data on the application was showing incorrectly. For now, if this issue is encountered, switch over to A5. To know more and how, refer to SIS > search for M0105464 > read the Special Instructions section.

 

Resolved Display of Incorrect Asset IDs: CPI 541393

On Assets, certain asset IDs were displaying incorrectly. This was caused by a backend issue that wasn't syncing the latest data. This has now been fixed.

 

Rectified Idle Data Discrepancy Between VisionLink and VisionLink Productivity: CPI 541410

For certain assets, there was a mismatch between idle data shown on VisionLink versus VisionLink Productivity. A backend fix has corrected this by ensuring idle events are tagged and displaying correctly on VisionLink Productivity.

 

Fixed Unknown Cycle Data for Excavators: CPI 542556

For certain Cycle Details reports, unknown cycles appeared as "Other". This didn't originate from received VP3 files and found only for hydraulic excavator assets. This was due to time discrepancies from GPS estimations. The fix involved ensuring the duration of existing productive cycles.

 

Rectified Insights Report Not Displaying All Available Data: CPI 548260

As compared to data visible on Utilization (Insights), the Insights Report displayed only a maximum of 1000 data points. This was caused by a backend error that limited the downloaded data for single date range selections. This has now been fixed.

 

Fixed Abnormally Long Cycles Time Values: CPI 548693

On Insights, cycles data for certain sites was showing as crossing days even when the asset was keyed off-engine off. The resolution involved re-prioritizing backend data to count key-off engine-off over asset stop.
