Create GNSS Site Calibration File

On Manage > Files, you can now create calibration files using Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)/local point files directly in the application. The supported file formats include .csv and .txt.

Validate Geoids While Uploading Calibration Files

When a calibration (.CAL) file is uploaded, the system scans the file to identify any referenced geoid. Once a geoid is detected, the system checks whether the corresponding geoid (.ggf) file exists in the repository of supported geoids.

  • If the referenced geoid is already available in the repository, the required geoid (.ggf) file is automatically bundled and sent to the machine along with the .CAL file.

  • If the referenced geoid is not available in the repository, you are notified that manual action is required. The system displays the exact geoid (.ggf) file name referenced in the calibration, which must be uploaded before proceeding.

This validation process ensures that the calibration file functions correctly on the machine by correctly identifying and handling required geoid files during upload.

Visualize and Monitor Haul Road Conditions

Easily identify and monitor the conditions of the haul road on heatmap on Map (Insights) for Performance Pro-subscribed Off-highway Truck and Large Mining Truck asset types. This will help you to:

  • reduce asset wear and improve cycle times and
  • improve asset/operator safety and site productivity.

Rectified Remote Access Option Missing Issue: CPI 548098

On Grade Control Systems, the option to remotely access the EC520 was not visible for assets that were already communicating data to the application. This occurred because the EC520 was associated with the assets after the subscription was already active, preventing automatic linking of EC520 to the asset for remote access. Once the EC520 was correctly mapped to the asset within the platform, the remote access option became available as expected.

Fixed Payload and E Ticket Data Mismatch in VisionLink: CPI 563735

On Tickets (Asset), there was an inconsistency between payload details and E Ticket reports  for the same asset. This  issue was traced to the asset’s software version running at the time. After upgrading to the latest recommended software version , the data is displayed as expected.

Fixed Inconsistent Total Payload Values Across Pages in VisionLink: CPI 569283

On Tickets (Asset), the total payload value varied due to how the total payload value was being processed and stored, resulting in rounding differences across views. The handling of the total payload calculation has been corrected to ensure consistent precision and accurate reporting.

Revised Incorrect Japanese Translation for Payload: CPI 570925

On Production (Insights), the Payload text was displayed incorrectly in Japanese translation. The translation text has been corrected and displayed as expected.

Fix Implemented for Map Tiles Not Loading Issue in Edge Browser: CPI 573515

On Production (Site), the map tiles for grade assets weren’t loading when accessing using the Microsoft Edge browser. This was caused by a browser specific handling issue that prevented the map tiles from loading correctly. The issue has been addressed, and map tiles are now loaded and displayed as expected for grade assets.

Fixed Missing Cut/Fill Volume Map Data Issue: CPI 575594

On Production (Site) and Map (Insights), assets’ cut volume data and cut/fill volume map views were not displayed. The issue occurred because the asset was operating under a different project in the onboard Grade app   than the associated VisionLink project  , which broke project context for designs, site calibration, and reporting. This issue is resolved by ensuring the VisionLink project is selected on the asset.
