Unique VisionLink Productivity Issues
-
PerformancePro Asset Without Payload or Third-Party Machine: Utilizes Estimated Payload, if available, from the site configuration.
-
PerformancePro Asset With Cat Payload**: Utilizes the aggregated payload data from the machine to provide average payload per cycle.
-
Advanced Productivity Machine Without Payload: Utilizes the estimated payload if configured.
-
Advanced Productivity Machine With Payload**: Utilizes the cycle payload information from the machine for totals and averages.
• Payload accuracy is determined by onboard payload system, calibration and maintaining the payload system.
• VisionLink Productivity utilizes onboard payload as the primary payload data source. If multiple values are available, the best available value will be utilized.
• For Hauler - Load and Haul and Scrapers specifically, if there is no onboard payload, the Estimated Payload entered will be utilized.
• You can enter and modify the Estimated Payload when configuring assets during site creation.
-
Loader – Load & Haul: shows loading cycles not loading events (multiple loading events to fill truck = 1 loading cycle)
-
Load Out: shows individual loading events of the loader
When a machine is parked overnight it will go to Key On - Engine Off as the is currently the only available cycle segment when the engine is not running.
-
Do not kill a machine with disconnect before key switch.
-
Do not shut off machine disconnect immediately after key off before Cat Telematics can upload data (~ five minutes) so site reports are sent.
Refer to the Cat Operator and Maintenance Manual for more information. -
Move machine to exemption zone rather than load or dump zone to avoid incorrect segments.
Location information for these events are not shown and these are aggregated every cycle.
Dump times will show zero seconds.
Insights will show empty stopped time or loaded stopped time.
For more information on dump location, refer to Site Summary Utilization and Insights Utilization dashboards.
Why do site KPIs differ on the Sites Dashboard? Why do site KPIs differ on the Sites Dashboard?
KPIs are based on hierarchy of haulers, scraper, and load out.
Payload per hour includes estimated values if payload systems are not installed.
Typically, when consolidating multiple accounts (CCIDs), a problem arises in creating new sites. This happens when newly merged assets can be selected, but not saved because the asset tags, a required field, cannot be selected.
To fix this, submit a request using the Contact Support . Under "What best describes your issue?" select "Multiple assets on my site are down".
In Comments/Additional Information, start with "CCID Consolidation” and mention the affected assets' serial numbers, the new site or new account (CCID).
If you’re an e-Customer, you won’t be able to request for an upgrade to Standard or Admin user roles. Your dealer admin can upgrade you as Admin by mapping your CWS ID to the respective account (CCID).
