Enhancements to Last Reported Column in Grade Control System   

For EC520 Grade Control System device version 2.16 and above, the Last Reported column in Manage > Grade Control Systems now displays date, timestamp and time zone of the Grade Control System device based on the data retrieved from the Grade Control System status message. Hovering over the information  icon in the Last Reported column displays a tooltip indicating that the date and time shown are based on the Grade Control System device’s time zone. 

 

Import Zones During Site Setup  

You can now import existing zones from VisionLink during site creation or editing. This aligns zones across VisionLink and VisionLink.

 

Remotely View and Control Operator Display Screens 

You can now remotely view and control supported TD5XX model operator displays directly from Manage > Grade Control System through the Remote Access window. This makes it easier to: 

  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Guide operators through workflows 
  • Reduce on‑site training time 

 

Resolved Surface Design File Preview Inconsistency: CPI 575421 

In the Design File Preview, the surface design was incorrect compared to the onboard design from the last surface image. This occurs due to the preview and parsing logic not including the faces attributes in the LandXML file with the invisible value. Backend changes were implemented to address the issue, and it is working as expected. 

 

Rectified Payload Data Inconsistency on the Asset Details Page: CPI 571033 

On the Asset Details page, the variation in payload values occurred due to an improper asset shutdown sequence, which prevented the Transmission ECM from saving the latest Lifetime Payload data. This issue is resolved by following a proper shutdown by turning the ignition key off, allowing the machine to remain powered down for at least 15 minutes, and refraining from restarting or disconnecting the machine during the shutdown period. This allows the Transmission ECM to complete its shutdown sequence and save the latest Lifetime Payload data, which will be available during the next key-on cycle. 

 

Corrected French Translation Issue: CPI 575961 

On the Assets page, the Truck Store Time text in the Details Ticket panel was displayed incorrectly in French language. The translation text has been corrected and displayed as expected. 

 

Fixed the Incorrect Dutch (Nederlands) Translation: CPI 578612 

On the Asset Details page, the Last 7 Days option in the Date Range was displayed incorrectly in Dutch (Nederlands). The translation text has been corrected and displayed as expected. 

 

Restored Missing Serial Number Display in Summary Dashboard Tooltip: CPI 576438 

On the Site Summary, the asset serial number was missing from the tooltip displayed when hovering over the bar graph. The issue occurred because the machine was not providing the required Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data due to a mismatch between the onboard Grade project and the VisionLink project configuration to which the asset is assigned. The issue has been fixed to ensure the onboard Grade project was updated to match the asset's assigned VisionLink project. The Production (Site) Tab section of the VisionLink Help Document has also been updated accordingly.
