Shift Summary Report (PDF)

 Caution:
• After June 2024, Shift Summary Reports will be replaced by Custom Reports.
• You can still access shift summary data as a report by scheduling Custom Reports. There, set the same parameters as present in your account’s scheduled shift summary reports.
• Existing shift summary reports in your account will now function as custom reports. The same settings and parameters set before will persist. Only the following will change: 
         ° The corresponding Type column on Reports will be Custom Reports.
         ° The Report Type section in the scheduled or download custom report’s header will read Custom.

Get a daily shift-wise summary of a jobsite using the shift summary report. It includes data for hauler, loader, scraper and load out assets, and reports production and utilization data of a jobsite. This report is generated daily for the selected date range as a .pdf file. Shift summary reports are sent three hours from shift end time.

To proceed further with shift summary report, you must add shifts. Refer to Add Shifts for more information on assigning shifts.

Refer to Schedule Report for steps to schedule a shift summary report.  It is generated as a .pdf document.

Delayed data from telematics ECM could be missing from the report even though it is present in the application in situations like:

• Asset is keyed off and battery disconnect turned off prior to the telematics ECM offboarding all necessary data.

• Cellular or GPS antennae are covered, damaged, or removed.

• Cellular devices requiring a Service Port connection (for example, PL542 not integrated with machine wiring - utilizing power, ground and communication through the service port). During machine service, device is disconnected and not re-connected.

   Caution: Service port should not be used as permanent connection point for data offboarding cellular devices.

• Damaged or missing wiring and communications between Network Manager and Cellular Radio.

• Reduced or eliminated cellular signal due to a machine being inside a building, near high walls, or under metal structures.

Based on available data, pages in the report dedicated to each asset tag include some key metrics as charts and lists.
