Cost (Site) KPIs

Select Total Cost from the KPI list on Cost to view sum of all costs incurred by the selected asset tag during the selected date range.

On clicking any:

  • Column, an info card displays the cost breakdown under Total Cost.

  • Zone in the map view below, an info card displays the Zone Name, Type, Number of Machines and the Working and Idle Cost.

  •  Asset Info Card on the right of the map view, you can select a KPI, and view asset-wise information.

The following are the cost KPIs measured and tracked in VisionLink Productivity:

Total Cost

Working Cost

Sum of Operating and Working Fuel Cost of all assets in the site for the selected asset tag.

  • Operating cost = Hourly operating cost * working hours of the asset.

  • Working fuel cost = Working fuel burn of the asset * fuel cost of the site.

Idle Cost

Sum of Operating and Idle Fuel Cost of all assets in the site for the selected asset tag.

  • Operating cost = Hourly operating cost * idle hours of the asset.

  • Idle fuel cost = Idle fuel burn of the asset  * fuel cost of the site.

Cost/Hour

Total cost of all assets ÷ Site operational time of all assets, based on selected date range and asset tags.

Cost/Payload

 Total cost of all assets ÷ Total payload moved by all assets, based on selected date range and asset tags.
Cost/Volume Total cost of all assets ÷ Total cubic yard moved by all assets, based on selected date range and asset tags.
