Grade SIS  Systems Operation, Troubleshooting, Testing and Adjusting (SOTTA) provides asset‑specific technical guidance required to understand, diagnose, and verify the performance of Cat Grade systems across supported equipment families. Enter your asset’s serial number in Service Information System (SIS 2.0) to access the relevant SOTTA documentation. This helps you review system operations, perform troubleshooting, complete tests and adjust procedures, plus verify design, calibration, and configuration files using the Cat Grade Web Interface.
